While you’re home exercise and stay fit


We all are in lockdown and since you can’t go to the gym or for a physiotherapy, working out at home is the only option to stay healthy and fit. Workouts at home are just as effective as going to the gym or a physiotherapy session. It also has several advantages like not having to pay for the physiotherapy session or transport cost to the gym, and you can spend some time with yourself. Space is the foremost requirement while you’re exercising at home. You don’t need a hall to practice but just enough space, so you stretch without bumping into walls. Along with space, you also need some equipment. Here are some things you can do to stay fit while you’re at home:
1. Push-up
Push-up is a highly effective exercise especially if you want to build your pectoral strength. Apart from that, it also builds and strengthens your chest, basic back, and arm strength that will helps the entire body to stay active and healthy. To practice this, you only need a small space and you can practice it anytime. It may take some time to be perfect at this exercise but once you do, you can see the effectiveness of the exercise.
2.Pull-Up
Pull-up is an inseparable part of the exercise routine the exercise which is always mentioned in the list of gym tips. It gives you a well-defined structure to your body and is ultimately beneficial for building a strong body. It is good for inner strength too as well. So, at your home use a pull-up bar and make the most out of it.
3.Jump Rope
It’s a traditional exercise and most economical of all. Most of us used to play around in our childhood but we are not fully aware of its advantages. This exercise increases metabolism by escalating your heart rate and also works on calves and forearms. Jump rope is far better than your gym list or routine and is easily doable at home.
4.Body Weight Squats
Squats is the most essential of all lower body exercises, it impacts how well you run, walk, jump or lunge. Some people might take this exercise lightly but it’s not an easy exercise to marvel. A lot of people even fail to get it right, nevertheless, you need to get this right, in order to build a strong foundation for your lower body.
5.Walking Lunges
