While you’re home exercise and stay fit

We all are in lockdown and since you can’t go to the gym or for a  physiotherapy , working out at home is the only option to stay healthy and fit. Workouts at home are just as effective as going to the gym or a  physiotherapy session . It also has several advantages like not having to pay for the  physiotherapy session  or transport cost to the gym, and you can spend some time with yourself. Space is the foremost requirement while you’re exercising at home. You don’t need a hall to practice but just enough space, so you stretch without bumping into walls.
